We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. it's really quite splendid...and you're right with the title....there's a certain stillness and isolation in the shot
i wonder how the original coloured version looks like? i'd give it a sepia/yellowish tone maybe....to preserve the "glow" of the rays
and on a separate note, i don't like your bordering, perhaps you could have a much thinner white on the inside. it's too thick and detracts attention from the shot somehow

Bordering confuses me somewhat, I think my shots look a bit plain without but I'm never sure what thickness of what suits what. Thanks for the constructive criticism

of course sometimes the thick inner works with certain shots...but in this instance, it doesn't go with the soft mood you know what i mean?
